At Needoora, we strive to ensure that you receive the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help!

Replacement Policy

We currently offer replacement only (not refunds) in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video of the parcel from the moment of opening the sealed package until the issue (damage, defect, or wrong product) is clearly shown on camera.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

  • The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

To ensure a smooth replacement process:

  • Start recording before opening the package seal.

  • Show the shipping label clearly.

  • Continue recording until all contents are visible and any damage/defect is clearly shown.

  • Do not pause or cut the video at any point.

Note: No replacement will be accepted without a valid unboxing video that follows the above guidelines.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Record the unboxing video as per the above instructions.

  2. Send the video along with your order ID and a brief description of the issue to our WhatsApp support: +91-9351400655 or email us at support@needoora.store.

  3. Our team will review the video and respond within 2 business days.

Exclusions

  • No replacement for minor packaging dents or box damage unless it affects the product inside.

  • No claims accepted if the unboxing video is missing or tampered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
