Thank you for shopping with Needoora! We aim to deliver your essentials quickly, safely, and affordably.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

🚀 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699

  • For orders below ₹699 and above 499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

  • For orders below 499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India through reliable courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we’ll notify you at checkout or shortly after order placement.

🔁 Delays or Issues

In rare cases of courier delays (weather, strikes, etc.), we’ll keep you informed via email/SMS. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed — you may refer to our Return Policy for further support.
